Brian Lawrence, CMA
President & Chief Financial Officer

Brian Lawrence has more than 20 years of experience in manufacturing, wholesale distribution and agribusiness industries. Since joining the company in 2004, he has held several senior financial management positions and was named to his present position in October 2014.  Previously, Mr. Lawrence served as Oracle Systems Implementation Manager for Midwest Electric Products, a division of General Electric Co. Prior to 2002, he held accounting positions at various companies, including field financial representative, plant accountant, finance specialist and finance manager.

Matthew Houk is a Portfolio Manager at Horizon Kinetics LLC, an investment management services firm. Mr. Houk has been with Horizon Kinetics since August 2008, where he is responsible for identifying, analyzing and monitoring investment opportunities and portfolio companies. Previously, Mr. Houk was with Goldman, Sachs & Co., an investment bank, which he joined in August 2005. Mr. Houk holds a B.A. from Yale University.


Thomas Braziel is the Founder and Managing Partner of B.E. Capital Management, an investment partnership which invests in small and micro-cap companies and securities. Mr. Braziel is also the Founder and Managing Partner of Campden Grove Capital, a family investment partnership, which was created to leverage opportunities from small company bankruptcies. Prior to his current positions with B.E. Capital Management and Campden Grove Capital, Mr. Braziel was a Quantitative Financial Analyst with Hellespont Ship Management in 2011. Prior to that, Mr. Braziel was an Economist in the Transfer Pricing and Economic Consulting Group of Thomson Reuters from 2007 to 2009. Mr. Braziel holds a Masters in Mathematics of Finance from Columbia University and a B.A. from New York University.


Thomas J. Brady is the CFO, Outsourcing Solutions at CliftonLarsonAllen.  Previous to CliftonLarsonAllen Mr. Brady served as the Chief Financial Officer of Digineer, Inc., an IT consulting firm.  While at Digineer, he was responsible for all aspects of internal and external financial reporting, as well as legal and general administration. Earlier Mr. Brady spent 19 years with KPMG LLP, with his last role as Audit Partner, where he was responsible for corporate audits in a wide range of companies and industries with revenues ranging from under $10 million to over $1 billion.


Lorin Krueger is the Chief Executive Officer and President of RT 66 Holding, a private investment holding company and Chief Executive Officer of Supply Tigers Inc., a purchasing consulting group and group buying company. From June 2001 to January 2008, Mr. Krueger served as Winland’s President and Chief Executive Officer and as President from January 1999 until June 2001 when he assumed the additional role of Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Krueger has served as a director of the company since 1983. Mr. Krueger served as the company’s Chief Operating Officer, as well as other executive officer positions, from 1983 until January 1999. Mr. Krueger was one of the founding partners of Winland Electronics.


Murray Stahl is the Chairman and Chief Investment Officer of Horizon Kinetics LLC, parent company to registered investment advisory firms Horizon Asset Management LLC (“Horizon”), founded in 1994, Kinetics Asset Management LLC (“KAM”), founded in 1996, and Kinetics Advisers, LLC (“KA”) (“KAM” and “KA” referred to as “Kinetics”), founded in 2000. In that role, Mr. Stahl oversees all investment decisions across the affiliated entities, which produce a number of research reports and act as discretionary investment managers for private funds, investment companies, and retail and institutional separate accounts. Mr. Stahl is also the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of FRMO Corp., a publicly traded company that operates as an intellectual capital company. He is also a member of the Board of Directors for the Bermuda Stock Exchange, Minneapolis Grain Exchange, and IL&FS Securities Services Limited, a company based in India. Previously, Mr. Stahl was a Portfolio Manager with Bankers Trust Company, Private Banking Division from 1978 to 1994. He received B.A. and M.A. degrees from Brooklyn College and an MBA from Pace University.
