- Total customer satisfaction
Our Continuation Engineers manage both product
and material:
- Management of product changes from the customer to Winland
Electronics Inc.
- Providing key engineering support during product transition
to end of life
- Manage and track cost reductions and avoidance
- Assist the customer in the selection of components for
product support including
- End of life components
- Cost reduction efforts
- Testing and validation of replacement components
- Lead customer requested corrective actions
- Provide technical assistance to customers and customer
teams
